A simulated dashboard learning experience using Articulate Storyline.

Project Description & Objectives: The TrakGolf Education Project aims to provide new and existing users with a comprehensive understanding of the various pages and dashboards within TrakGolf. The project's primary objective is to educate users on the functionalities of the platform, including what each page and dashboard does, when to use them, and how to use them effectively.
Through this project, we wanted to improve players' and members' understanding of accessing the TrakGolf Data Portal content, thereby enhancing their ability to navigate various reports and dashboards available to them. Users will have the opportunity to learn how to access the Data Portal, log in to Trak Golf, and navigate the various dashboards to enter dashboard data. Additionally, users will be able to access on-demand microlearning materials as needed to support their understanding of the platform's various functionalities.
The TrakGolf Education Project is an essential step towards empowering users to take full advantage of the TrakGolf platform's capabilities. By providing users with comprehensive training on the platform's various pages and dashboards, we aim to enhance users' ability to access and utilize the wealth of data available to them. Ultimately, this project will help users maximize the value of TrakGolf and improve their overall performance on the golf course.
Achievements & Reflections: Working with an SME through interviews involved research and collaboration to gain valuable insights into the golf industry. This experience helped me develop strong research and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts.
Creating a design document involved developing a comprehensive plan that outlined the scope, objectives, and timelines of a project. This experience helped me to hone my project management skills, including setting clear goals, defining deliverables, and ensuring that project milestones were met.
I used Articulate Storyline to create an interactive and engaging learning experience for users. This experience allowed me to develop expertise in e-learning development and multimedia design.
Overall, these notable achievements have helped me to develop a wide range of skills, from project management to multimedia design and e-learning development to produce high-quality work and deliver exceptional results for my client.
