Project Objectives:

A skills gap analysis performed to quantify gaps in skills employees should possess, to better design instruction.

Notable Achievements & Reflections:

From the skills gap analysis, I was able to identify a fairly equal gap between all skills. This enabled me to propose a series of trainings that would cover each module of related skills. This decision enabled me to create four 15-20 minute trainings with specific objectives based on the skills surveyed.
