Project Objectives:

The Coaching, Mentoring, and Feedback slide deck is a comprehensive resource designed to support the culture and leadership reshaping of a company that is committed to building a sustainable remote workplace and repairing the lack of connection between company leadership and colleagues.


The slide deck is intended to serve as the basis for a 4-hour virtual training that will provide company leaders and managers with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively coach, mentor, and provide feedback to their teams in a remote work environment. The training is designed to be highly interactive, with opportunities for participants to practice their coaching and mentoring skills and receive feedback from their peers.

The slide deck is organized into clear and concise sections that cover each aspect of coaching, mentoring, and feedback, from establishing clear goals and expectations to providing constructive feedback and creating a culture of continuous learning and growth.


The material is designed with a focus on simplicity and clarity, using accessible fonts and colors that are easy on the eyes and promote engagement. It is also designed to incorporate interactive activities every 20 minutes to keep participants engaged and reinforce learning.
